Radio Show Producer
KVEC-AM has on opening for a part time producer/call screener/production assistant. The qualified candidate will have at least one year of radio broadcasting experience, preferably in the live talk radio format. Experience with call screening systems, running a control board, Nexgen automation or other automation is a must. Must have the ability to do live traffic and weather reports, as well as the ability to record, edit and load podcasts, best of shows, and other audio as required. This position is 25 hours per week, regular. Computer literacy and the ability to multi-task is highly desirable.

Radio Sales Assistant
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to work in an environment with deadline pressure.
• Type 60 WPM.
• Be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Previous radio sales assistant experience a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and maintain sales spreadsheets.
• Provide clerical support for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
• Assist with memos and reports.
• Answer phones.
• Maintain communication with account executives.
• Work with clients in professional manner, handling problems when necessary.
• Assist with the creation, proofing and assembling of sales proposals.
• Responsible for basic data entry.
• Other projects and responsibilities as necessary.

Have you ever thought about working in radio? Do you like going to events and meeting people? Coast 101.3 is looking to fill an open position in our street team. As a member of the team, you will set up and tear down our live appearances and events, as well as represent Coast 101.3, along side of our DJ's, to the community. We're looking for out-going and fun individuals who are extremely reliable and who love Coast 101.3!
